Where should I get my Lebanese degree certified as a traveler with an Armenian passport in Thailand?

Hello. 

I am a Lebanese/ Armenian who has graduated from a Lebanese university, but currently travelling with an Armenian passport.

Where do I need to get my degree certified? I'm guessing not in the Armenian embassy in Thailand. 

And should I get it certified in Lebanon and have it sent here to Thailand or certify it here at the Lebanese embassy in Thailand? 

Quite complicated. Any help would be much appreciated.

It may be complicated but it is actually easy. Contact the Lebenese Ambassy and ask if they can certirfy your documents and call the US Ambassy for the same question. But as this is a school requirement to the teaching permit and the work permit is is not that Visa related. I wish you good luck.
