1- Do I need a residency proof / contract, or any sort of papers concerning where I live to apply for a 90-days non-b visa in Vientiane? (The website does not mention anything about that)
2- If I've already made a non-b visa in Vientiane embassy once before, in January this year, does that mean I can do it there again? I am a holder of an Armenian passport.
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the documentation required for a 90-day Non-B visa application in Vientiane, specifically if residency proof is needed, and whether they can reapply for the visa after having obtained one previously in January, holding an Armenian passport.
