Because I've only ever been told that I need to ask my landlord to do the TM30; no-one has said that I can do it myself. First time I've heard that.

Don't assume anything. My landlord didn't file a TM30 and I've been living at my accomodation and reminding my landlord about the TM30 for 3 months.

Shit, ok - TM8 application - somewhere I can download that? Same question for the TM6 departure card. My visa is in my passport and I have a passport-sized photograph.

I apologise for all the questions, but this is the only place I seem to be able to get definitive answers.

Thanks - I was planning on tomorrow, but it being a holiday, I won't be able to get it at the offices.
