u knob! Hundreds of African prostitutes and other nationalities in Pattaya and sukhumvit nana. All working. All tourist visas. High ups paid off? I paid 15k to Thai agents for border bounces for me and my gf. Not for free ok? My gf too young to retire and education visa prohibitively expensive for an ASEAN citizen. I could get retirement visa easy enough but I'd be on a different arrangement to my gf then. We do what we can and border bounce as necessary. At the moment spending 4 months in Boracay on the beach. We'll return later in year and duck and dive as necessary to stay legal.

I heard the elite own the big thai hotels and are pissed off visitors are renting condos from foreigners (illegally ) and avoiding exorbitant hotel bills. They hate foreigner renting out the condo they sold him!

Since they suggested it would happen they've had a severe earthquake and in last few days economic crisis of 37% tariffs to sell goods to USA. So there's serious question marks over GDP forecasts with income falling and fewer tourists. The Immigration officials need to think again if nows,the time to halve duration of foreigners visiting Thailand ? Makes no sense and only adds to Thailand's problems

Fantastic...so glad I didn't make a legal commitment to but 16 million baht condo in Jom Tien. I like others will keep my foreign currency and spend in neighbouring SE Asian countries. Thailand plays games and frustrates our ability to make plans. Thailand will be a net loser！
