 what does accident insur, immigration , and bank have to do with each other.

Someone at bank got a comm from you buying optional insur at bank, just say " no thanks "

Immigration has zero to do with your bank, nor insurance.

Open your own..no agent, if one branch says no, go across the street.

You don't need to buy insurance.

You'll pay about 200 baht for the ATM card
