TLDR : Answer Summary
The post requests recommendations for reputable agents to assist with the 60-day tourist visa application. However, community comments highlight that applying for the visa is a straightforward process that does not require an agent. It is noted that the visa needs to be obtained from an embassy outside Thailand, and multiple users suggest going to nearby countries like Penang or Kuala Lumpur to apply in person. There is a consensus that the online application is simple, and using an agent may only complicate and add unnecessary costs to the application process.

I don't know if it has changed in the 2 years since I did mine, but the site is very "clunky". The questions are badly worded and the format to upload documents was unclear. I managed it with a lot of perseverance and provided the same evidence several times. I remember a question about the ID of the person that invited me? I invited me, so I used my passport page again and it was approved, so don't be scared of attaching the same information several times.

The problem with your request is that a visa agent in Thailand cannot help you with it. If changing file formats is what you need help with, I would ask a friend or relative that is more computer literate to help instead of risking sharing your information with a stranger and wasting money.

Last year those questions were still asked but last month it had been updated.

No longer anything regarding id or proof of address for person inviting.

Also no requirement for proof of funds.

ah Thsts good to know, thank you

Why would you use an agent? They'll have to ask you the exact same questions the e-visa website does. All you achieve using an agent is waste money into nothingness.

ok its electronic visa UK so you would have to send same documents electronically as you have to submit.

Not really worth cost trunk travel used to help in covid times at a cost.

When you travelling ?

Well wait there is talk of introducing longer visa exempt entries for certain countries by that time you might have 90 day entry who knows. Meanwhile can check on here how easy it is to do a tourist visa its very easy save your money to spend here rather than wasting it on an agent.

Applying on line all you require is proof of travel, accommodation and home address. Your passport and a passport style picture.

Why would you require an agent?

Please understand the process for a tourist visa.

Do you pay somebody to fill out an online job application for you ? its a very easy process. no need to pay somebody to do it for you. And even if you did pay somebody you would have to send them the same documents that you have to send to the embassy so you haven’t saved time.

Hi ...I can help you to apply for visa. I'm originally from Thailand and live in the UK. Please inbox me if you need help
Roberto *********
You'd need to Google "visa agents" in the country you're in.
Michael **********
you need to apply for that kind of visa at a embassy out of thailand therefore thai agents can't help. Go to penang/kl/vientiane and apply it yourself.
Will ************
You cant get a tourist visa inside Thailand.

I am asking which agents can people recommend, I'd like the option of sending my docs to an agent and they sort it all for me so it's correct
Will ************
@Lee ********
in which case it is totally dependant on the country you are in when applying, some you have to go to a Thai Embassy yourself , some allow Evisa.
Brandon ************
Why? It takes 10 minutes and only asks like 4-5 questions.
Simon *********
It's an image file and you would have to send that to an agent exactly the same as with the embassy
Simon *********
You can also convert files to jpeg on an android phone as well

@Simon ********
yyyeeaaahhhhh easy if you are super computer literate

check your photos as I have said above and you should see this

That's what my android phone stored them as I had no problem

because I am asking for advice on which agents are best to use if I need to.
Chris ***********
@Lee ********
Do it online. Only bring an agent in if there are complications, which is unlikely
Simon *********
@Lee ********
if you did get an agent you would have to do exactly the same thing for the agent as you would applying for the evisa yourself. Sorry I don't know of any agents to help you in the UK . I am not very computer savvy but I did the application in about 15 minutes just using my phone it is an extremely easy process
Nigel **************
@Simon ********
but don't you have to upload loads of docs and a photo?. How do you do that using only a phone?
Simon *********
@Nigel *************
photos it is easy you can upload jpeg images
Nigel **************
@Simon ********
I don't even know what a jpeg is and that's the problem doing it yourself
