I would keep a paper copy in my bag and show them the QR code most likely, just in case they ask for the paper but they mostly don’t care. All this will be digital soon with egates and estamps anyway so that doesn’t make any sense.

Evisa is pdf, visa is sticker inside paper. So you won’t have a sticker. You can print it with reduction to fit passport size, optionally laminate it if you want it durable ^^

Do I need to translate my French bank statement into English for a Thai visa application?

I did the whole Dtv in France and didn’t translate anything. But maybe I was just lucky. I put letters in English, and summary of banks in English, but original documents were all in French. They don’t ask official translation though. So you can put google translation of documents for peace of mind,

applying online is forbidden when inside Thailand. Only from the country where you say you’re currently on the evisa website.
