Maybe there're some Thail consulate as Lao, Kota Bhru etc still can doing it.

Thank you Robert, after got a single entry Non B with work permit, want to get Non B multiple in Thai consulate at Thailand's neighbor country, I heard that now Penang and KL will issue only for a director of company, Kota Bharu, Lao or others can do it?
