I was able to make the online application, but I entered the date of the stamp in my passport rather than the date of renewing my notification of 90 days. Whoops! I guess I will have to wait and see what they say.
Thank you for your answer. I originally planned to do it person (in Krabi), but they have cut off Phuket and we are not allowed to leave here thus the reason for the late application online.
the labour Dept grants our staff WPs regardless of how many Thai staff we have, as long as we show enough capital for the business. However the issue is that the immigration require us to have 4:1 Thai staff- Catch 22?
