Is a medical certificate sufficient for visa support in Thailand, or should I seek another hospital for the letter?

I was rejected when I tried to apply for medical with samitivej because they wouldn't write me a support letter describing my medical issue and treatment and give me their business registration. I was seeing an ongoing specialist every month or two.
