Hi sure no problem. He submitted an appeal with the help of a legal team. He had to wait for 5 years to pass before he could submit the appeal as he was incarcerated in Thailand for less than 12 months. With regards to the appeal he had to submit evidence for the following:

- that he is financially providing for his 2 sons still living in Thailand during the 5 years.

- he has not committed any more criminal acts during the waiting period!

- he is employed and a stable member of society.

- and that he did not also have an extensive criminal history before the deportation .

- he was suitably rehabilitated during the 5 years of waiting... he was caught with a different substance!

I know someone with a very similar problem. He managed to get his 99 year blacklist removed and is currently back in Thailand. If u message me I can give some more information. Goodluck to him and don't worry it is possible.
