First attest your home country marriage from ministry of foreign affairs in your country second step attest it from royal thai embassy in your country then come to thailand go to your embassy and attest your home country marriage certificate from embassy also first page of the passport attest it from your embassy in babgkok then translate your home country marriage certificate and passport first page in Thai language and attest all documents from mofa Thailand then go to your local amphur with two witnesses and register your foreign marriage in Thailand and they issue you a kor ror 22 certificate

First i attest my foreign marriage certificate from my home country ministry of foreign affairs in pakistan then attest it from royal thai embassy in pakistan reach thailand then attest my foreign marriage certificate from my Pakistan embassy in bangkok also attest a photocoy of my front passport page from embassy then go to translate my foreign marriage certificate and passport first page in to thai language and attest all documents from ministry of foreign affairs thailand then go to local amphur

When i go to register my foreign marriage with amphur i bring two witnesses with their id card to sign the back side of the kor ror 22 certificate

I also registered my foreign marriage with amphur in pattani they only see my original marriage certificate after registration my marriage they give back to my original marriage certificate and issue a kor ror 22

You don’t need to pay anything to an agency — you can easily handle the process yourself. The safest and cheapest way is to apply for a Non-O Retirement Visa from outside Thailand (preferably your home country). However, without a Thai bank account showing the required funds, you cannot change your visa to a retirement visa in Thailand
