They only had the 30 when I applied. Going to do the marriage visa or ltr.

Not sure how long we will be staying in Thailand near term. Family health, so looks like next year same time return. By then the tax situation should be an open book. Going to look at villas and condos, but probably rent next year. Heading to wife’s home Khon Kean

just wanted to spread the information. I had to pay for the ninety days and I am glad I did. They did not have the 60 day visa free when I made plans.
