Hi Pierre, who thought it was helpful to respond with abbreviations and rudeness to my simple question:

Yes, I did ask about would it be possible to purchase a large Airfryer, and as you can see, I received tons of helpful and thoughtful replies—despite your ignorant comment claiming I was on the “wrong site."” Maybe next time, try being useful or just scroll on.

To everyone else who gave a great response, thank you very much!

Your input was genuinely appreciated and helped me out a lot. It’s good to know there are still kind and intelligent people willing to share knowledge without being petty or obnoxious.

Hotels will always do your TM30. If your in your own place or rented you have to report to your local immigration within, I think 36hrs unless its a bank Holiday, but as soon as you can.

I no 2000 bht sounds alot, but when I'm over staying with my wife the electric bill does shoot up as I use the AC alot. But like the other guy says, switch everything off and check the meter. But 2000 bht is not to bad for AC. AC always shoots the bill up.

Yes, needs to be stamped at immigration when leaving Thailand as multiple entry. This is the mistake lots make. This is why I say go to a proper Immigration office like onestop service bottom of Soi 6. There are so many people giving mixed advice that it pays to have someone who's dealing with this every day to make sure its done correctly! Also the Thai visa can and is very complicated!

I think its better just to keep the 800K in your Thai bank account all the time, then it stops all the hassle. I know Onestop Service at the bottom of Soi 6 can do the process for you. His name is Mark and their brilliant. This is what he's text me-

You can use your income method provided. It’s paid directly into a Thai bank account from passive income. You can not use your English. Bank Account is proof to renew the Visa if you wish to use your own ฿800,000 it must be into three months fullfor you to renew it using this method or we can simply take you to the bank and do the funding process for you on the day.
