Why does expats staying in Thailand likes to mock people who are in need of help?

I mean I have seen this from the past few years it’s not only me but other people go through this on other groups as well.

It feels like if you don’t know you mock the person whereas if you would know the solution you would still mock.

(No offence to anyone particularly but I just feel it so tried to express)
