@Graham *****
I have a NON -O based on over 50 ( retirement) which is extended, every year until the day I decide to not extend.

The Visa is still a NON-O.

Using the phrase extension of stay tells you nothing about the visa.

If I said I have an extension of stay, what paperwork do i

Need to renew for another year.

What's the first question im going to be asked?

Answer, what visa do you have?

no. You do what you want, and if people cant discern the right type of visa, it's not my problem.

6 people including you answered the question. One said thats not right.

When six say thats not right and one answers correctly. Then I will worry about.

And as my visa is stamped NON-O and my IO uses the phrase retirement, I dont care what you guys call it.

6 people including yourself answered the question based on my wording.

My passport screams Non -O, my IO uses the phrase retirement, when I ask at immigration helped esk they use the phrase retirement

So im going to go with Non -O over 50 (retirement) that way at least it keeps it consistent with Immigration, who i think you will agree are the most important element in all of this.

By all accounts it's still ongoing, but if immigration start to dig into this in 2 yrs time, what will happen to those using the service? Visa canceled i assume.

I just looked on my app and created a file, (screenshot) it has a QR code, with my name and date, passport number too.

I recently opened a Krung Thai account, they didn't ask for it, they did ask if the number was registered to me, no proof requested.
