Do I need to book an appointment to pay the visa fee for the DTV Muay Thai Soft Power application in Vientiane?

Irfy****

You submit the application online whilst in Laos.

They need proof of this in the online application so I scanned in the visa stamp and invoices from hotel.

Once you submit the application you can print off the page with the QR code to make payment.

Take this printout with you to the embassy and make the payment at the cashier.

There is no way to book the payment in advance.
