Do I need a NON O visa to update my face scan with SCB bank in Thailand?

Did it in BKK when I arrived, SCB at Pasio Mall, Lat Krabang, 1st Oct (airport hotel area)no questions about visa, easy and quick process, also changed the app on to my new phone. The local Thais were even having face scans done , saw 10 people before me have it done.

I just put my intended dates, they asked for proof of flight, so then I booked it (different dates to what I had told them). Then got accepted.

What are the current bank statement requirements for applying for a Thai visa from England?

Two weeks ago, just one transaction statement with said amount, in for just 1 week prior to application. Accepted within 3 days , they asked for flight ticket proof of booking.
