Yes l have read this. In 2018 july l obtained a OA from London based on joint pension and savings. Not that long ago. So apparently this has now changed. I am just asking if anybody has tried and obtained a OA with a mix of pension and savings.

Would like to here if anybody has used the split income recently.

Ok. Before on the Embassy website it was clear. Pension and bank deposit to equal 800k baht . Wording has changed.

Would appreciate any UK feedback

Emailed London explaining position. Received this back

Arived at Bkk on 24th Dec on a UK passport with a A-O issued July 2018.

So into last few months. Had a re entry Visa. No question asked about insurance.

However,made the basic error of not checking. IO did not stamp re entry. Ga e me a new entry stamp for 1 year to Dec 2020. Luckily Jomtie immigration saw the funny side. Check before the IO let's you go.

I am in similar position. Arrive 24th Dec. For days On OA issued July 2018. Not knowing what to expect. Always have some cover.
