We have both. Original Sticker Issued in the states. Extension of stay issued yearly

I have the original sticker like above issued in the states. Then I also have after the sticker was issued an extension of stay. In this case, can it be canceled?

My son and I are here on a Dependent O Visa Obtained in 2016 in the USA, and extended yearly here in Thailand. I would prefer a Multiple vs a Single Entry Visa. But will take a Single at 60 days if thats the fastest option.
