They are much friendlier here compared to the Phuket office.

 the 800k in my Thai bank is not "costing" me 40k in interest.

If you are organized the time in the immigration office should be under 1 hour.

I used an agent in year 1 and paid around 55,000 baht.

Year 2, I did it myself for 1,900 baht.
