I have a new signed form the manager sent me of the guesthouse so if that doesn’t work then yes a hotel with cancellation is a great idea. I wonder how many days will suffice?

OMG… because I was living in Chiang Mai… I had to leave to renew my visa. I am currently in Hanoi, with a flight back to CMX on Wednesday.
