If your COE not yet issued then update on website, but if approved and issued, send an email to the embassy with you new flight details attached, they may update or ask you to reapply, I had to reapply, but all came back within 4 hours fully issued as the embassy staff were waiting for it to come in when my flights got cancelled and I had to update with new flights

, if you click on “OK” there should be another screen box behind. You will also receive an email almost instantly to let you know. If you haven’t it has not worked, so go online and do again. I had the same issue when I applied. Also applied outside office hours but instant email when it worked

You can ask your university for a notary copy and they provide. I did this 12 years ago with my degree certificate
