don’t think so. Think ID card is fine as some Thai mothers don’t have passports anyway. As I mentioned hers was expired 6 months but still accepted it.

this is my first one from here, previously I got from phnom phen few years ago and I showed proof of income for 12 months.

as she is the mother of the kids this is obvious thing needed.

Just spoke to immigration officer. The following is what is needed if not married 5 is not required

1. Birth Certificate

2.House book(blue one) of your children

3. Your ex’s ID card

4. her House book (blue book)

5. Married certificate (not needed if not married)

6.Family’s photo that take from outside can see house number and inside.

7.House’s maps

8.lease agreement if you rent accommodations

9. Bank book+ ATM ( k bank or bangkok bank excepted)

10. Photo 2 inches 4 pics

11. Your passport

I never said otherwise.i have the paperwork sighed by the mother saying I am the legitimised father of the children which wasn’t done by the court.

Lloyd Turner the children don’t get legitimised by the court, only custody is done by the court.

I am hoping someone with some experience of doing this in jomtien immigration will answer as I am sure there are plenty of people on this page who had that visa and can give me some advice from experience.But thanks for ur input.
