TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can obtain a Single Entry Tourist Visa valid for 90 days at the Savannakhet Consulate. This grants you 60 days of stay in Thailand. Required documents include a bank statement showing a minimum balance of 20,000 THB and proof of onward travel. Proof of accommodation is not needed for this visa type at the Savannakhet Consulate.

You can get a Single Entry Tourist Visa that is valid for 90 days, meaning you have 90 days to enter Thailand and get 60 days of stay inside Thailand. You need all three proofs: Bank statement of minimum 20.000 Thb, proof of onward travel EDIT: as I stated wrong I took out the proof of accommodation as this is not a requirement at the Thai Consulate in Savannakhet. Sorry for the mis understanding.

just so you know, I would wager your condo blue book is blank :O I say that because foreigners can't get their name IN a blue house book (that's for thaiz and people with permanent resident status only).

IF you had a yellow book your name would be in it. BUT seeing as they don't ask for proof of accommodations I'd say it won't matter at all.

- when I applied for a SETV at Savannakhet

one month ago all was needed was financials (bank book / statement) and onward travel (air ticket) :- they did not require / ask for anything about accommodation.

SWD also list only those two - perhaps
@Amor****
can advise if things have changed since.

Also note one guy was refused as his financials from his bank - khazackstan (sp) and were refused as they were not in English.

Your name is not in that book, so I should take some ownership documents with your name on it as well.
