thank you but I was looking for reference to an actual announcement or article. Already checked on Thai gvt, CAAT, my embassy, Richard Barrow and various expat groups pages. Found nothing recent. And officials were supposed to have a meeting about this on the 26th.

The other point to note is that airlines may still be reluctant to resume their operations as soon as Thai airspace reopens, if too many health/logistic restrictions at origin, final and layover destinations make it unprofitable...

thanks for info! Been trying to find out how likely they were to fly, hoping I could use the credit for a flight they cancelled on me in March. Which Expedia has yet to hand over....Before July 31st visa deadline 🤞. But they're all playing hard to get. And given my growing collection of unredeemable-for-now flight vouchers due to covid Sagan I'm running out of gambling funds.🙄
