I've read in this forum it can be 150,000baht+ I can't comment on your insurance, but I'm planning to get AXA, seems to be the most comprehensive

so do you go to hospital even without symptoms? Will any insurance cover a hotel quarantine?

Yes! We are already planning to do that. If we come in contact with anyone in the 2 weeks prior to flying I don't think we would be allowed to fly anyway, because we would be under home quarantine. Luckily we are in a regional area with no cases, but the state rules are very strict
