Any amazing novels about/or that take place in Thailand?

I’ve seen many lists on line. Would love to hear your favorites.

Looking for a good read for the flight.

Historic/love story would be ideal. The Thai equivalent of Outlander/Scotland. (Wouldn’t that be amazing!!)

Thank you all for being so helpful!!

It was written in the 1960s, I think, by the wife of a government official (both were American) and she began teaching at Chula. Just a really perceptive account of Thailand and its people.

. My pleasure. It is a sequel to 'Count To Ten' but also stands alone.
