Ok cool will do that, I will plan for my staff to leave Thai Sunday night then get in early to Labour Office Monday morning. Documents is fine as we renewing 2 other WP this month so all are correct and up to date.

Thanks Robert that is easier than I thought, I was under the impression he had to wait days for those papers, I will plan that way with him then adding a day extra for any mishaps.

The girls told me days for WP3 approval, has that now speeded up

His hope was to avoid 10 days in Penang 😊 we are familiar with the whole process but mine and my other staffs were done prior to the WP3 becoming required everywhere, we just can't find reliable info as to whether he needs to be out only on day of application or the full 5-6 days whilst it's processed, we don't want to risk and cancellations with the guys in Krabi office as we have a good relationship with them, I find them the best of all the government offices we must deal with

Thanks Robert as long as only the day of application then I send my guy on a 1 night trip, once back and WP3 approved then he can go the following week to Penang

I think it also varies between labour offices as some say they just had to show exit stamp when applying,

Others saying they checked to make sure was whole days, I will double check with Krabi labour after the weekend

as the person needs to be out of the country when applying for the WP3, ca this just be the day of applying or the whole 5-7 days whilst waiting ? this is for a different guy now that just arrived and is currently in country

WP is just renewed last month so no worries there
