What are the details of the newly published amnesty decree and how does it affect visa extensions in Thailand?

Personally, if I already did the consideration follow-up, I would wait until I hear confirmed reports of people getting the Nov 30 extension before attempting to go to immigration again. It might take a few days for all the offices to get on board. Plus its only Oct 1st for goodness sake, LOL.

You would be covered under the new extended amnesty plan until the end of July, which hasn't been made official yet (but should very soon). :)
