10 year LTR ( long term res ) visa for 70k ish baht.

 no that's fine , it's only for short stays such as 3 days , law says 3 days should be a hotel stay to spread the money to all accom.

Girls working in bars

Not fit to drive vehicles

Cows on the roads

All ilegal but they happen.

Thai rule says no private rentals under a month as it takes away from hotels etc.

 the OP said his condo block is being rented 1-2 days.

I said is it air BnB ?

Then that is ilegal on short stays.
