Drivers without licences

Girls working in bars

Not fit to drive vehicles

Cows on the roads

All ilegal but they happen.

Thai rule says no private rentals under a month as it takes away from hotels etc.

I said is it air BnB ?

Then that is ilegal on short stays.

But agents sign a month contract to buy pass the laws

law says only over a month rent via air BnB as it takes customers away from hotels.

Unless rented for over a month

As the law protects hotels when only booking 1-2 days.
