Have any Directors/owners actually got the 12 month visa recently?

My lawyers charge more for the 12 month paperwork than the 3 month paperwork, so I want to make sure I'm not paying extra for nothing.

Is it still possible to exit and re-enter Thailand before my Non-B visa expires to obtain an additional 90-day stay?

Yes it was a 1 year Multi-entry Non B. I don't understand it but it happened 2 or 3 times, so it wasn't a one off mistake.

Not sure about this anymore. Always worked in the past but last time they only stamped my boyfriend in until the expiry date of his visa - not the extra 90 days
