Todd McGowan my lawyer in Austria said it will work . However, it depends, if you need to go with the Thai law this is maybe a different story. I only needed to make clear that my will, has to go according the Austrian law at the time of my dead.

I wrote it on a paper (must be handwritten) and got it signed and stamped by my consulate, 1 600,- THB for the stamp and a warm handshake. It's good not to spend too much money on it, because every time you change it, it will cost you money.

talk to your Embassy they are actually here (they get their salary from the tax you pay) to intervene and protect their citizens abroad. (unfortunately they are often lazy and good for nothing)

Do foreign transfers through Wise show appropriately for immigration purposes with Bangkok Bank?

not really knowing, but I use Wise to Kasikorn every month for the last 4 years. I get the impression that Kasikorn is a partner with Wise. The transfer is done in less than 10 sec. .... Even if I transfer to Thai business from Wise, still for a split second the Kasikorn web page shows up before getting redirected to the receiving party.
