my wife's already on the aged pension $862 a fortnight. She lost $70 of that after 6 weeks in Thailand.

How can I avoid using plastic bags when buying bread in Thailand?

I was making my own bread but next time I will bring some whole meal flour with me. Can buy in Makro but it's not quite milled the same but it does work. Topps sell small bags of flour from Australia but it's expensive. Must be able to buy 10kg bags at a reasonable price.

My wife started on the pension in January she was in Australia more than 2 years prior. We were in Thailand 3 months from May. She received pension and concession first 6 weeks then just pension after that.

Be careful though if it's the same as they count the visa days 180 days is actually only 179.
