Or run the risk of it all being confiscated, fined and your status in thailand being affected. Your ability to use will depend on luck and whether you want to be involved in bribery.

Import everything but the frame. The complete import ban on used vehicles was because people were trying to circumvent import duties by breaking vehicles down into parts then reassembling. I suspect you will find it impossible to register an imported frame, so better off getting a Thai registered frame modified. But the whole effort would be so expensive, you might be better off getting a custom trike built for you in thailand.

When you are banned from driving, you no longer have a driving licence to convert. In the UK, your licence is taken off you by the court and sent to the DVLA for destruction. Same in Australia. In both cases, when your ban comes to an end, you have to apply to get a new licence issued to you. Your banned driver mates, when they go to the Thai DMV to convert their driving licences are basically lying by telling the Thais they have a licence. They don't have a licence anymore when they are banned. Lets see what happens when they get in a crash and the police start snooping around. And Interpol has nothing to do with this. Driving licensing agencies talk to each other. And probably the Thais don't check at the time, but that comes down to the morality of the person applying for a driving licence. But then, if they have been previously banned for drink driving, drug driving, dangerous driving etc, they lack morals anyhow. So not surprised if you know people like that. They walk among us.

if banned, eg for being drunk, killing someone, you don't have a licence anymore. In principle Thailand will check if a foreign licence is legit, that why they are in the convention. If they don't and you lie, that's a can of worms, that ends with a Go Fundme and the Clink.

I certainly had to show a British passport crossing from Mexico to the US. On the other hand, Mexico seemed most welcoming to the Gringos. No need for passport coming from US to Mexico. Seemed like rank hypocrisy. Interestingly, passports, in the modern sense, were originally used to stop people leaving not entering. Only trusted people were given passports.

The OP is asking about a holiday visa. There is no income threshold for the sponsor.

A1 English is fairly basic. There is a thing called a language school. About 8000 Baht for 3 months 1 on 1. Irrelevant to the OPs question which was about a holiday visa. Again, you've answered a question that was never asked.

You've answered a question that was never asked. Pre-nuptial agreements have no standing in Law in England and Wales. Just money for lawyers. Ok for people with millions or complex financials.
