What are the IM/IB investment routes for extending a Non-O retirement visa in Thailand?Unanswered

Anyone tried the IM/IB investment route for the 1 year extension to non-o retirement visa and would you recommend? Not sure what it stands for but one has a b10m and other b3m investment.
