ORIGINAL POSTERI work as an IT consultant under a contract with a single company in EU. I do not have a legal entity (it's a civil contract).
1) What kind of documents should I be preparing? I know what they're asking on the website, but it's not very detailed. Anyone applied recently and have some feedback?
2) Do I need the company's business registration license? If so, what kind of authorized translation do they need to make? (It is not in English). Is it authorized, notarized or go to the Thai embassy in their country?
I plan to apply in Cambodia and the requirements are not very detailed.
