What documents do I need to apply for a visa as an IT consultant working remotely for a EU company?

I work as an IT consultant under a contract with a single company in EU. I do not have a legal entity (it's a civil contract).

1) What kind of documents should I be preparing? I know what they're asking on the website, but it's not very detailed. Anyone applied recently and have some feedback?

2) Do I need the company's business registration license? If so, what kind of authorized translation do they need to make? (It is not in English). Is it authorized, notarized or go to the Thai embassy in their country?

I plan to apply in Cambodia and the requirements are not very detailed.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
As an IT consultant working under a civil contract for a company in the EU without a legal entity, you should prepare the contract with the company and an employment certification letter confirming your remote work arrangement and compensation. It's generally not necessary to provide the company's business registration license. When applying in Cambodia, ensure that the documents are translated into English if they are not already, but a standard translation should suffice rather than a notarized or embassy-certified one.

Just provide the contract between you and the company and employment certification letter from this employer confirming your remote work arrangement and compensation structure, don't have to prove about legal entity and company registration, it's a bonus but I don' think a requirement. They want to see contract with your employer
