First, thank you to everybody that contributes on Visa advice.   i’ve been in Thailand for eight months. I’ve been doing Visa runs along with the visit back to the USA.

 I’m using a Visa agent, star visa in Chiang Mai

 they helped me get married last week to a Thai lady.  now they say I have to go to their office in Laos  and get a Type O visa. 

 I already have the ฿400,000  in American dollars in  my Charles Schwab checking account. That account is only two months old.

 they’re telling me that they need to see that I’ve had  at least $1000 in my other checking account for the last three months. They didn’t tell me when I started this process two months ago. My average balance has been over $1000 but there’s been periods where it went less than 1000. Is this something that’s true
