How much time do I need for my connecting flight to Chiang Mai after landing at BKK with Emirates?

Hi guys, i need to book a connecting flight to Chiang Mai from Bangkok. I am landing 18h40 at BKK with emirates. There is three options from BKK that time of the day, 20h25, 21h30 and 22h25.

How long do I need to get my bags, go through customs and get to the domestic side? Which of the above mentioned flights should I book?
