What insurance coverage options are available for STV and COVID-19 requirements in Thailand?

Hi All I emailed AXA in connection with insurance to cover STV and COVID 19 and they only provided a year cover and I am looking for 180 days only (and STV can only go up to 270 days anyway). On their website they have Inbound Travel Insurance. I am not clear if this covers both STV and COVID 19 requirements. Anyone know as I am very confused
