I got a request from the Thai Embassy in Jakarta asking me to submit a clear bio data page. I had already checked it before and made sure the file was clear. But since they asked again, I uploaded a new file.

After uploading, normally you can click to preview the file. But this time, when I clicked it, it just showed a blank page. I’m not sure if the file was really sent or not.

Has this happened to anyone before? Would love to hear your experience. Thanks!
