What should I do if my visa document upload to the Thai Embassy shows a blank preview?

I got a request from the Thai Embassy in Jakarta asking me to submit a clear bio data page. I had already checked it before and made sure the file was clear. But since they asked again, I uploaded a new file.

After uploading, normally you can click to preview the file. But this time, when I clicked it, it just showed a blank page. I’m not sure if the file was really sent or not.

Has this happened to anyone before? Would love to hear your experience. Thanks!

I’ve changed photo and it’s clear 100%. But after i uploaded before, i submitted, i can’t see the preview photo. I just showed a clear blank preview

If you upload the same photo it will come back as same request, take a new photo
