Can I sell my car registered in Rayong while living in Bangkok, or do I need to go back to Rayong for paperwork?Answered

I live in Bangkok but my car is registered in Rayong. When I want to sell it, does it have to go back down to the land transport place in Rayong to change over the paperwork or can I just do this in Bangkok?
