Can I apply for future extensions at MTT after transitioning from a Non-O visa and receiving COVID-related stamps?

Family and I previously were on Non O visa for medical reasons. Then we used the amnesty and now we have COVID related stamps (closed loop already) to Nov 30 via embassy letters. 

Because I was on Non O originally I had to get the COVID extension at Chaeng Wattana. Wondering if now that I have a proper stamp can I go to MTT for future extension applications?
