For those of you who use the Phuket Town office for 90 day reports and TM30 updates please note that the drive through has closed. This means that you have to go in to Room 101 to do these now.
This obviously increases the workload in that office so it gets busy.
You should try to use the online systems to speed up your reporting or updates or failing that use the satellite offices at Patong or Blue Tree which are traditionally much quieter than the main office.
You can also get extensions for tourist visa or visa exempt entries in these satellite offices.
When an online account is created for reporting TM30’s is the account tied to a person or an address?
ie. If I get a Thai friend to create an account for me so that I can report my TM30 online, can that same account be used to report my address whenever I move to a new condo or travel within Thailand?
…. or if the account is tied to a specific address, then presumably I would need to get someone to create a new account for me whenever I move to a new address in order to be able to maintain my ability to report online.
