I’m currently transferring funds to my Thai bank account, in preparation for my retirement. I will be retiring 4 years early and using my private pension until my state pension kicks in. I’ve been informed by my financial advisor that a private pension can not be transferred direct into an overseas bank account. My question is. What conditions do I need to meet to keep my UK bank account open even though I’m no longer living in the UK
