My daughter (2 years old)and I are currently on a 1 year visa to visit family (I'm not going to lie I don't know which one specifically).
Anyways, I have dual citizenship and entered the country with my US passport bc my Thai passport was expired.
Once the year visa is up, I know I'll be fine because I now have my updated Thai passport. I simply need to leave and return with my Thai passport to void the visa but will my daughter be able to return after her year visa is up?
Our visa ends at the end of June 2024 but our expected leave date is September 2024.
