Hello! I have a question which is not related to visas directly. I hope I can still post it here and get some help.

A friend of mine needs to do her criminal record for those years when she was living in Thailand (right now she lives abroad). Does she have to come to Thailand to do it or can I do it for her? If anyone could give me some clarity on this, that would save one person's life. :)
