Have just added to "Files" section the actual docs I needed to provide yesterday at CW for a third 12 month extension of stay for my Non Imm "O" retirement visa. It included 3 new forms (Acknowledgement Overstay Penalties, Acknowledgement Rules for granting of extension, and a statement of guarantee by someone that I do actually live where I have lived for the last 27 months) These new forms may have been required since during the last year I increased my deposit from THB400K to THB800K. Nothing else varied but they were concerned I had changed the terms of the current extension without approval and may have had a bank balance of less than the THB400K, and may have used a different bank book for the previous extension.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user updated their community post regarding the documents required for a third 12-month extension of stay for their Non Imm "O" retirement visa in Thailand. They mentioned needing to provide three new forms related to overstay penalties and rules for extensions, along with a statement confirming their residency for the last 27 months. This need arose after increasing their bank deposit from THB400K to THB800K, prompting concerns about the terms of their current extension.
